Anyhooos, today was an awesome day!!!! WHY??

cause I played Monopoly Deal for 3 and a half hours straight

and

and

managed to hunt down suuper cheap stuffs for less than 30 bucks woot woot

Ok, so monopoly deal was played together with Angelina, Leonard aka Potato, Sean, Fadli, Junron and Zora
That game is a thousand times way more fun than the monopoly BOARDgame.

I still dont get how I was able to sit through a whole round of the latter. Never ending tsk

Totally brain drained by the time i had to leave to meet Cal for some Flea catching, oh i meant, shopping!!

So at first, we were planning to head over to Mount Sophia and Scape for "Old school flea" and "What the Flea" respectively.
We got lost while searching for the first one -.- and realised that we had to climb an EFFING extreme tall flight of steps.
Plus, we were climbing up the stairs around 6.30pm when that flea was gonna end at 7pm..........
People were happily walking down while we were sweating like no one's business, feeling a little embarrassed for coming this late.

We were deciding if we should leave for another flea since that was gonna close, but hey, we climbed the whole damn flight of stairs, why not just check it our first?

And im glad we did cause the stuffs were so freaking goddamn CHEAP! OMG can you believe i bought one striped top, a pair of shorts and a skirt for a $1 each????? First of all, the quality was alright at such a cheap price and it looks pretty nice!!

*Up till now, im still wondering how they were able to sell it so cheaply?*

Left that area spending 7 bucks on FIVE items. Tell me worth it or not. HEEE ^^

Headed over to "What the flea" and erm, nothing much la. more ex only. When we about to head home, our sharp eyes spotted another flea! Some weekend flea so we went to check it out and more KACHING used up.....

Overall, money well spent and I am really contented with my buys! This is awesome retail therapy after weeks of not shopping :D

A new goal in mind.

Since I no longer have to practice my exam pieces, I am planning to start learning piano covers
of various popular tunes and create a youtube channel for it.

It aint gonna be easy cause of slips and (maybe bad comments :/) but I am going to just give it a try!

Have been learning piano for almost 10 years now so why let it go to waste by not playing....
will update when I am done with a couple of songs! So hyped bout it :D

It was a trip to the Universal Studios once again thanks to YOG for sponsoring us free tickets!

Say hello to the revolving globe. So many people....

The place was totally packed with purple people who were busy snapping pictures.

Since I went there before, I was more interested in the rides than the buildings and castles this time round.

Met up with Jasmine (Yog friend) and her friends.

Had a hard time finding and meeting ShuChen (my FnB working partner), finally after a loong time, managed to spot her.

When me and Shu Chen was on our way to enter the castle for the 4D shrek, we were held back by the superduper cute Madagascar mascots!! They were so adorable, we couldn't resist queueing up to take a picture with them. We were considered lucky since the mascots were hanging around for just another 5 more minutes ^^

As usual, the Mummies ride was not to be missed. Had a wild time on that, screaming my lungs out until my throat became sore.

Tried the Jurassic Park Canopy Flyer for the first time.

At first sight, I thought it was gonna be scary like those huge ass drop that makes your heart seem like it's flying out. But, the only thrilling part was the fast speed. Still fun, nonetheless.

Oh along the way, we met Frankenstein too! He was so hilarious! We approached him saying "Hi, handsome!" and he responded with an action of his heart beating fast. Managed to make him pose in an act cute way. See, monsters can be cute!

Ate at Goldilocks for dinner (Served us fried chicken, not porridge) and took a cab back. Midnight charges D:

Highlight of that day!!! FREE F1 TICKETS!!! We spotted the booth giving out 400 free tickets while queueing for a photo with Woody the Woodpecker :D WOOO LOL

Went for alumni band for the last half an hour. And decided to play for Hougang Secondary's 10th anniversary (somebody pls explain to me why i decided to play) I have no more interest in trumpet and yet, i still brought back a trumpet home to "practice", thinking that the passion will reignite.Dont even know if i will touch it man.....

Anyway, since the next day was the N.E.X.T challenge (will elaborate more later), Me and hay went over to angel's house to do some preparation LOL like planning of bus routes etc

I was planning to blog about the N.E.X.T challenge but became lazy. Plus, i dont have funny photos of the race to post so maybe tmr then i shall continue.

This is the time when i actually feel truly free!

My grade 8 piano exam is finally over!

No doubt I made mistakes here and there due to nerves but I am not feeling a sense of disappointment at all.

Maybe because I didn't set too high an expectation but

IT'S OVER! BEEN WAITING FOR THIS MOMENT SINCE FOREVER!

And I went to have a minor self-celebration :D

Went to buy J.CO Doughnuts, KOI milk tea (waited pretty darn long for this), RUBI shoes and scarf (been eyeing it for a looong time)

No more spending until next week for me, I am on a mission to save even more!

So as most of you guys know, I am currently working at Cotton On.

It has been 6 days at City Square Mall and i must say, I'm really enjoying this

working life!

Initially, I didn't really felt comfortable. BEEEECAUSE i had the idea that Cotton On staffs are rather haughty people and felt like um, i wont be able to fit in :/

But who knows, the people there are superly friendly and fun to be with :)

Although they are downs to this kind of working environment, like politics (yes, some people do really behave as though they are superior than others and quite a load of bitching going around *gasp*,the shop considered not so many people liao, cant imagine the shops at town) but I am sure this kind of things happen everywhere.

And the horror and a little sian-ness I feel when I have finally folded a heap of clothes and wanna take a short breather but BAM, customers come throwing at me another heap of clothes to hang and fold.

And the fact that Cotton On is a popular store so most of the time, there will be at least ONE customer. Okay, City Square Mall abit ulu ah. So, if lucky lucky, will have a few times that the store will be stagnant. and mosquitoes start breeding.

Oh, and the part where i have to fold the clothes. Major faints. I have to admit that at home, Idon't do house chores (sigh, i feel so bad but who cares) so the first day was horrible. Very very horrible. Like some lost sheep pls.. and i had to vacuum the entire place on the second day of work :(

But all in all, I'm getting pretty used to it and not regretting signing up with Hayley!

The pay is good and I am able to save up for the items that i desire for like a Longchamp Bag and a DSLR and shopping sprees and whatever that will make me the happiest girl.

Anyway, to anyone who buys Cotton On stuffs, PLS PLS PLS wash the clothes first before you wear them. Each and every piece of garment are infested with thousands of bacteria because they were dropped on the floor at times, and tried on by MANY PEOPLE. People with BO, with sweat, with perfume and cologne, with smelly armpits, with chest hair ewww

So come visit me or Hayley when you guyz are free!!!

So to celebrate the end of this dreadful semester, i glued myself to the lappy watching The Lovely Bones.

I downloaded that show like EONS ago but was unable to watch because of the darn exams >:(

Finally, Im done watching it and man, i was rather disappointed with ending....

I wished that the murderer was caught and sentenced to death instead on dying a silent death.

Yes, there is retribution and all's fair but no one knew he was the murderer!!

Will be finishing my GLEE and moving on to season 1 of FRIENDS. This Sophia has been mentioning it many times and i remembered loving this show when i was young..so why not? ^^

Anyway, this Spetember-October hols will be a fruitful one i suppose. I think Im gonna faint due to...work overload lol

I may be juggling with THREE JOBS OMG GG SAVE ME but im cool with it cause it's exposure and im able to earn my own keep. Not complaining at.all...

Ok boring update i live a sad life and im going back to chionging shows wooooo this is the holiday spirit!

I have loved the Amazing Race since forever. Loved the thrills and drama and of course the competition! And now KEV JUMBA is on it.... you guys know which team im rooting for already yeahhh :D

Had been getting giddy spells and been vomiting since yesterday but i'm feeling so much better after that news! (not really, just an exaggeration)

Partly due to my giddiness and a major major part due to GLEE.
